Product Guarantee

At MicroRigMods, we stand behind the quality of our 3D printed parts. Each product is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our standards. Here's what our guarantee covers:

✅ What’s Covered

  • Damaged or Defective on Arrival: If your part arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or manufacturing issues, we will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
  • Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Clear photos of the damaged part and packaging may be required for verification.

❌ What’s Not Covered

  • Damage from Use: Due to the nature of 3D printed components and the demanding use of RC car parts, we do not cover:
    • Breaks or cracks that occur during or after installation
    • Wear and tear from normal use
    • Damage resulting from improper handling, installation, or modifications

🛠️ Custom Parts & Fitment

While we aim for consistent quality and fit, please note:

  • Slight variances may occur in custom or limited-run parts
  • Ensure correct fitment before use, especially in high-stress applications
