Thank you for shopping with Micro Rig Mods. Below you will find important information regarding our shipping process, timelines, and policies.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high demand periods, product launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.

CARRIERS

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and other available services depending on the destination and shipping option selected.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

DELAYS

Micro Rig Mods is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • High-volume shipping periods

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to select countries.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT or other fees required by their country

Micro Rig Mods is not responsible for delays due to customs.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Micro Rig Mods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@microrigmods.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.

PRE-ORDERS & BACKORDERED ITEMS

If you purchase a pre-order or backordered item:

  • Shipping times may be extended

  • Estimated timelines will be listed on the product page

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available.
